Application Fee
- $39.00 per person, non refundable
Security Deposit - Studio & One Bedroom
- $250 Refundable Deposit + $150 Non Refundable Administrative Fee
Security Deposit - Two Bedroom
- $350 Refundable Deposit + $150 Non Refundable Administrative Fee
Parking
Parking in the underbuilding, controlled access garage is available:
- $70.00 per month (1st space)
- $130.00 2 spaces (each additional space at $60.00 per month)
- Moped / Motorcycle Parking - Please inquire
(A refundable Garage Door Opener deposit of $50.00 is required per remote)
*Street parking is accessible if choosing not to park in the garage.
Bike Storage - Complimentary bike racks are located in the parking garage.
Utilities
Check with your leasing agent for more information. Most, if not all utilities can be arranged for at move in. Applications for service will be provided.
Electricity
- Billed directly to you from Tacoma Public Utilities
Water, sewer & garbage
- Billed to Residents monthly by Billing Associates Northwest
- Cost is figured on a per occupant ratio based on actual bills and shared with the owner

- Phone & Internet Service available from Qwest
Renters Insurance
- Valid proof of renters insurance is required at move in
